Network Engineer (L2 Support) – SD-WAN | Managed Services

We are currently looking for a Network Engineer (Level 2 Support) to join a large-scale managed services environment supporting a major international organization.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex network infrastructures within a structured and high-demand environment.

• Provide Level 2 support for complex network incidents in a large-scale managed services environment
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across SD-WAN, WAN, and LAN infrastructures
• Act as a technical interface between Level 3 teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Execute and support change management activities in line with ITIL processes
• Contribute to continuous service improvement, including:
• Performance optimization
• Automation initiatives
• Technical documentation

• Strong expertise in networking technologies:
• BGP, OSPF, VPN, QoS, advanced switching
• Proven hands-on experience with SD-WAN (mandatory)
• Experience in managed services environments, working with SLA-driven delivery models
• Good understanding of ITIL practices:
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Change Management
• Professional level of English (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Valid European passport is required
