As a Project Manager within a leading aerospace innovation hub, you will work on strategic programs that accelerate the decarbonisation of the aviation sector. You operate at the intersection of technology, policy and industry, translating complex developments into actionable projects and roadmaps.

Role summary

As Project Manager, you support and coordinate strategic innovation programs focused on sustainable aviation and the energy transition. You work closely with industry partners, research institutes and government bodies to develop roadmaps and initiatives that shape the future of aerospace.

Your tasks include:

• Supporting the coordination and execution of strategic programs and innovation roadmaps
• Translating market insights, technological developments and policy trends into actionable plans
• Contributing to the development and structuring of long term visions and roadmaps
• Organizing and facilitating workshops, think tanks and co creation sessions using agile and design thinking methods
• Managing and aligning stakeholders across industry, research and government
• Supporting communication and positioning of project outcomes through presentations and publications
• Consolidating insights into clear and structured strategic outputs

Your profile

• 1 to 3 years of working experience in a technical environment
• Starters with strong potential are also encouraged to apply
• Background in Industrial Design Engineering or a related technical field
• Interest in or knowledge of sustainable aviation, SAF, energy transition or aerospace innovation
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to translate complex information into clear insights and actions
• Experience or affinity with facilitating workshops and co creation sessions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Team player with the ability to work in multidisciplinary environments
• Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch is preferred

Offer

• Salary up to €4,300 gross per month, depending on experience
