This is a full-time, remote-friendly role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). While the position offers the flexibility to work remotely, there is also the possibility to work from our office locations in Poznań or Warsaw, Poland, should the need arise or if preferred.
The CFO will oversee the company’s financial strategy, manage financial planning, prepare and analyze financial statements, and ensure compliance with international financial regulations. Key responsibilities include leading the budgeting process, guiding financial reporting, monitoring financial performance, identifying growth opportunities, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The role also involves close collaboration with executive leadership to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
- Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Strategic Financial Management
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess data and make data-driven recommendations
- In-depth knowledge of Finance principles and compliance with international financial regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
- Proven leadership and team management experience in a financial or corporate setting
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
