Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling day-to-day employee relations matters
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Address employee queries and provide administrative HR support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws
- Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related activities
- Prepare reports and maintain HR databases
- Experience: 3–5 years in Employee Relations / HR support role
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee relations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Availability: Immediate joiners only (no notice period)
