Operations PMO Analyst

One of the prestigious clients of Abu Dhabi is looking for an Operations PMO Analyst for their UAE operations

They are The Operations PMO analyst supports the Operations Lead in ensuring disciplined, effective delivery of multiple digital and operational initiatives. The role provides structured oversight of execution, performance monitoring, risk management, and cross-functional coordination, while enabling the consistent application of delivery best practices and scalable operating rhythms across ventures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3–7 years of experience in PMO, program management, operations, or consulting roles (PropTech and e‑services preferred).
• Strong grasp of digital transformation in public-sector contexts; familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate ecosystem is a strong advantage.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability. • Promote automation, low-code/no-code tools, and operations best practices to accelerate delivery.
• Program & Initiative Delivery Oversight: • Develop and manage operation delivery templates, presentations, and dashboards. • Track initiative scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies. • Support end-to-end delivery of multiple digital and operational initiatives across ventures.
