Senior Project Management

Responsibilities:

This is a hybrid OT + IT leadership role, requiring strong project delivery capabilities across both domains:

OT (Operational Technology):

• On-site project management (installation, deployment)
• Managing partners/vendors and client stakeholders
• Typical profiles from companies like Schneider Electric / JCI

IT (Information Technology):

• Solution architecture (cloud, data, applications)
• Translating client requirements into business value
• Engaging senior stakeholders with strong communication and advisory

Strategic Client Engagement:

Spearhead on-site coordination with the company's strategic clients, ensuring unparalleled project delivery quality, strict adherence to timelines, meticulous cost management, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Stakeholder Coordination:

Act as the premier liaison for internal and external stakeholders, orchestrating seamless communication and cross-departmental coordination to propel project success.

Project Delivery Excellence:

Propel the project implementation process forward, exercising rigorous control over scope, schedule, quality, risk, cost, and change management to guarantee timely, budget-compliant, and top-tier project delivery.

Problem Resolution Leadership:

Take the helm in devising and executing solutions for critical project issues, monitoring progress and ensuring timely resolution while maintaining transparent communication with clients.

Process Improvement and Standardization:

Continuously refine and enhance the project management standard system processes and documentation, establishing best practices and benchmarks for future projects.

Business Growth and Innovation:

Analyze project delivery outcomes to identify and summarize client demands, providing actionable insights to drive product enhancements and foster the incubation of new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Client-Centric Communication: Proven ability to engage with high level clients, demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills to build trust and deliver value-focused solutions.
• Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of IoT platforms and extensive experience in the new energy sector (wind power, photovoltaics, energy storage), with a strong grasp of industry trends and technologies.
