On-Chain Spot & Perps Execution Trader

This is a full-time remote role for an On-Chain Spot & Perps Execution Trader. The role involves executing optimal trades on decentralized exchanges (DEXs), managing capital deployment on-chain across spot and perpetual contracts, and continuously analyzing market trends. The trader will develop and refine strategies for efficient execution while monitoring and mitigating risks. Collaboration with other team members and keeping up-to-date with blockchain and DeFi advancements will also be key responsibilities.

• Proficiency in trading execution, strategy development, and risk management
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and decentralized exchanges
• Data analysis skills to evaluate trading performance and market conditions
• Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools and platforms
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing market conditions and technological advancements
• Relevant experience in trading cryptocurrencies or working within DeFi ecosystems
• Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Being detail-oriented and highly organized is a plus
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
