A leading data centre contractor, delivering at scale on behalf of a hyperscale client, is seeking an experienced MEP Commissioning Manager to join a high-profile programme in Helsinki, Finland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all MEP commissioning activities across HV/LV electrical, UPS, standby generation, cooling, BMS, and fire suppression systems
• Develop, own and implement the Commissioning Management Plan in line with project and client requirements
• Coordinate and witness Cx activities from Level 1 through to Level 5 integrated system testing
• Manage commissioning contractors, specialist vendors, and testing teams on site.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as an MEP Commissioning Manager on large-scale data centre or critical infrastructure projects
• Strong familiarity with hyperscaler commissioning protocols and Level 1–5 Cx processes
• Degree or HND in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent industry experience)
• Deep technical knowledge across HV/LV power, UPS, standby generation, HVAC/cooling, BMS, and fire systems

This is a critical leadership role within a fast-paced, technically complex environment. You will take full ownership of MEP commissioning activities across a large-scale, mission-critical data centre development - ensuring systems are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational readiness.
