Inviting Applications For The Role Of Customer Master Data-D365
Responsible for driving the improvement agenda across Customer Master Data mainly by identifying and removing inefficiencies within the processes and by ensuring that any new implementations are conducted as per defined standards. In the case of centrally cascaded projects, the role of an SME is to coordinate its implementation.
Supporting team leader in delivering accurate processes and smooth operations with achieving the fixed service level target (also being a team leader back up in case of absence).
Supporting specialists in solving issues and making decisions based on the best knowledge of the processes from the O2C area.
1.1. Responsibilities
- Leading continuous improvement agenda in Customer Master Data area
- Ensuring efficiency and high standard of operations: identification and removing inefficiencies in the processes, making improvements in the operational work
- Providing expertise for other Customer Master Data roles in case if required
- Preparation and analysis of Master Data issues between Customer and Unilever
- Cooperation on projects with SME in other departments (i.e., OE, CFS, PC) on processes improvement
- Coordination of internal and external audit
- Proficiency in E2E O2C processes and neighboring function
- Responsibility for the process (knowledge of procedures, rules)
- High level of understanding of Customer Master Data tools (PEGA, Excel VBA tools, LSMW, MASS)– knowledge sharing, map creation, map adjustments, testing
- Monthly CMD KPI Monitoring and analysis with team leader
- Supporting LM in continuous improvement agenda
1.2. Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Good knowledge of SAP Customer Master Data related transactions and workflows
- Good knowledge of financial controls related to Customer Master Data processes
- Deep knowledge of PEGA CMD system
- Ability to work with various IT applications
- Strong analytical skills including analysis of complex data
- Problem solving and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate with internal customers
- Fluent English
- Customer service orientation
- Very good presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Change Management skills
Experience
- University Graduate (min. Bachelor)
