About the Role

Gempool is looking to hire an experienced Scrum Master for their client to support multiple Agile teams in a regulated environment. You will help teams deliver successfully by removing obstacles, coaching in Agile practices, and improving ways of working.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach two or more development teams (BE/UI).
• Facilitate Scrum events: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove blockers and manage risks to keep teams focused.
• Work closely with Product Owners on backlog prioritisation and refinement.
• Support cross-team coordination and dependencies.
• Ensure delivery meets quality and regulatory standards.
• Track team progress and suggest improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in Agile environments, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Experience managing multiple teams and improving Agile maturity.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence (or similar).

Nice to Have

• CSM, PSM, SAFe, or ICP certifications.
• Experience with scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) and regulated industries.
• Knowledge of SaaS, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
