Consultant (Offshore) – DevSecOps / Security Engineer (AI Exposure)

Overview

We are hiring a Consultant-level DevSecOps / Security Engineer (Offshore) to support delivery of a large-scale enterprise programme focused on building DevSecOps and AI security capabilities.

This is a hands-on engineering 3 year contract role across both implementation and long-term operations.

Contract

• 36-month contract engagement
• First 6 months: Advise and Implementation
• Following ~30 months: Operate and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation of DevSecOps practices across CI/CD pipelines
• Assist in securing applications, cloud platforms, and environments
• Work with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers, and automation tools
• Support security monitoring, incident response, and operational tasks
• Assist with security testing and vulnerability identification
• Contribute to securing AI-enabled applications where applicable

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Security Engineering
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, cloud, or containers
• Basic understanding of application or cloud security
• Exposure to security testing or VAPT (e.g. CEH, Burp, Nessus mindset)
• Interest or early exposure to AI/ML or GenAI concepts

• Hands-on delivery-focused engineer
• Comfortable with both build and run environments
• Strong technical fundamentals with interest in security
