As a Senior Security Manager (Incident Response & Crisis Management), you will be responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy security governance. Your remit includes travel and project security, security incident and crisis management, business continuity, asset protection, physical security, executive and event protection, and threat and risk analysis.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Drive the implementation of, and compliance with, Siemens Energy’s security governance. This includes travel and project security, security incident and crisis management, business continuity, asset protection, physical security, executive and event protection, and situational threat analysis.
- You will provide guidance, operational support, and security consultancy to regional and local management, employees, and subcontractors, while working in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Furthermore, you will promote security awareness, conduct training, and deliver proportionate, cost-effective security measures that support business objectives, while seeking to simplify and improve existing processes.
- A relevant academic degree, professional qualification from a recognized security authority, or equivalent experience in law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or the military. A minimum of fifteen years’ experience in corporate security or a similar governmental or commercial environment within high-risk countries. This must include practical incident and crisis management experience within a multinational or security-focused organization.
- In-depth knowledge of the primary political and security issues across the Middle East and Africa is highly advantageous. Proven integrity and high personal standards of conduct.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong networking, negotiation, and influencing abilities. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility when handling diverse responsibilities. A proven ability to analyse and assimilate information from various sources.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure during time-critical situations, including a willingness to work outside regular hours when required.
- A willingness to travel extensively, including to high-risk locations.
- Sensitivity and responsiveness to the needs of diverse religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups. Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments, with proven interpersonal skills and the ability to engage successfully with diverse audiences.
