Senior Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage robust cloud networking solutions in Azure. This role emphasizes expertise in Azure networking and security, along with collaboration skills to support development and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Design Azure network architectures, including virtual networks, subnets, and security groups
• Configure Azure network services such as Load Balancer, Application Gateway, and VPN Gateway
• Ensure network security through access controls, threat protection, and encryption
• Optimize network performance by troubleshooting and resolving performance issues
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate applications with Azure network services

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing and managing Azure-based cloud solutions
• Expertise in Azure networking, including virtual networks, security groups, and core network services
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Background in network security protocols, firewalls, and encryption methodologies
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving network performance issues
• Fluent communication skills in English at a B2+ level

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Azure migration processes for on-premise networks
• Skills in containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Container Instances
• Experience in network automation using Azure PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Terraform
• Knowledge of Jenkins or broader network administration strategies
