Primary Title: Staff Backend Engineer (Golang) — On-site (Bangalore, India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of high-throughput, low-latency microservices written in Go; author architecture and design documents.
- Build and maintain robust gRPC/REST APIs and event-driven pipelines, integrating with databases, caches, and message brokers.
- Drive production reliability: performance tuning, capacity planning, SLOs, monitoring and distributed tracing.
- Own CI/CD, containerization and deployment workflows on Kubernetes; automate releases and rollback strategies.
- Conduct and enforce code reviews, testing standards, and engineering best practices; promote secure coding and observability.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, lead cross-functional technical initiatives, and collaborate with product and SRE teams.

- 8–10 years of backend software development experience with significant hands-on work in Go and distributed systems.

- Strong track record of system design for scalability, reliability, and security; experience mentoring engineers.
- Location: Bangalore — on-site role; eligible candidates must be able to work from the office full time.
