We’re looking for a highly trusted Personal Assistant to support a key member of the C-suite in a close, long-term partnership. This role goes beyond traditional executive support, with a strong personal dimension and a focus on making everyday life run smoothly and seamlessly.
You’ll act as a true right hand, helping bring structure, calm, and continuity to a fast-paced environment. From managing day-to-day priorities to handling travel and personal matters, you’ll play a central role in ensuring things simply work, both professionally and personally.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a dynamic calendar, keeping priorities clear and schedules running smoothly
  • Organize complex international travel end-to-end, including itineraries, bookings, and last-minute changes
  • Anticipate needs and stay one step ahead, ensuring everything is prepared in advance
  • Handle correspondence, documents, and presentations with care and discretion
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and key interactions in a seamless way
  • Keep track of tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Support events, trips, and occasional private arrangements
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Bring structure and calm to a busy and ever-changing environment
Your Profile
  • Experience as a Senior Personal Assistant or in a similar support role for senior individuals
  • Prior experience working closely with top-level leadership, where expectations, pace, and visibility are high
  • Comfortable operating in environments with complex stakeholder landscapes and a high degree of responsibility
  • Confident supporting someone used to a high-performance, international setting
  • Strong organizational skills with a natural ability to prioritize
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and confident handling sensitive topics
  • Proactive and hands-on, with a “see it, solve it” mindset
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and calm under pressure
