Your Responsibilities

• Operate, contribute, manage and continuously improve the regional Yazaki EMEA Data Protection Management for our scope of business operations and in accordance with our strategy
• Collaborate with Information Security, AI Governance and other Central Functions, to facilitate integrated Governance
• Monitor and assess Data Protection Developments in industry trends and best practices (ISO 27001/27701/TISAX/AI Governance) and prepare business impact assessments
• Design, review, update and implement regional standards, guidelines and processes across the scope of Yazaki EMEA business operation.
• Operate Data Protection Management Tools and Applications
• Participate in regional, cross-regional and global initiatives and projects
• Provide guidance and advice to Data Protection Coordinator Organization
• Support the Data Breach Management and Data Subject Rights Management Program
• Plan and support execution of regional Data Protection audits and support e.g. ISMS / TISAX
• Manage and maintain data protection communication, training and awareness concept
• Prepare Regional Data Protection Reporting and ad-hoc reporting for the management
  
  

Your Profile

• Master’s Degree in Law or Business Management or Information Technology or comparable education
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a comparable function with profound experience working in Data Protection Organization, on a group level is a plus
• Practical experience in project management and process management
• Systematic, organized and accurate way of working
• Profound communication skills and intercultural competence
• Team player with passion for problem solving and hands-on approach
• You enjoy working in an international environment and in cross-functional teams
• Solid user knowledge of the M365 Office Suite and a general affinity for technology
• Business fluent in English; additional language would be a plus
• Willingness to travel
