About the Role - As the People Operations Advisor, you will administer the core people processes across the business, from induction through to exit, whilst being the main point of contact for people related issues. You will collaborate with the wider People team in shaping our corporate culture, supporting initiatives that empower our people to thrive and achieve their full potential. Your organisational skills, operations expertise, eye for innovation and efficiency will ensure an excellent people experience in line with our Values.



Responsibilities



  • Produce contracts of employment for all UK, Gibraltar & Estonian employees
  • Produce and issue contractor & freelancer agreements
  • Liaise with Employee of Record providers regarding all employee activity
  • Conduct all background checks and reference checks for new joiners and escalate concerns as necessary
  • Proactively liaise with new joiners on onboarding paperwork to ensure that all requirements are completed ahead of joining the team
  • Oversee and manage the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new starters
  • Oversee the immersion process with hiring managers to ensure an effective immersion for new starters
  • Manage the HRIS (Bob) to ensure that all records are up to date
  • Provide reference requests for former employees
  • Manage the LMS for the issuing of eLearning
  • Track probationary periods and performance of new starters
  • Produce pay review / bonus letters as appropriate
  • Produce contract amendment letters as appropriate
  • Distribute UK Payroll / Gib Payroll / Estonia / EoR updates
  • Communicate benefit eligibility with third parties



Qualifications - Part qualified CIPD (level 3)



Required Skills



  • Proven experience in a similar HR role
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Passion for fostering a fair and thriving workplace.



Preferred Skills



  • Financial services experience
  • Experience with HiBob, Confluence, Jira and Google Suite



Pay range and compensation package - Up to £40,000pa, plus bonus scheme, shares, private medical insurance, life assurance, 25 days holiday.
