To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Assistant Program Manager located in Kallang, Singapore.

What a typical day looks like:

• Drive timely and accurate delivery of customer orders, ensuring service level commitments are met. With a strong focus on data accuracy and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with customers to manage demand forecasts and ensure alignment with production and supply planning.
• Work closely with supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure material availability and production schedules are optimized. The candidate must be number-sensitive, with a strong grasp of planning data, inventory levels, and production output.
• Understand and monitor material availability, working closely with supply chain teams to mitigate risks and ensure readiness.
• Partner with manufacturing teams to align production schedules with customer requirements and operational capacity.
• Maintain financial discipline by identifying and managing cost recovery opportunities—knowing what can be claimed from customers and what should be absorbed internally.
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and accountable for daily operational goals
  
  

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Proven experience in program or project management within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment, forecasting, and material planning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
