SME - Digital Asset

We are hiring a Digital Assets SME with 10+ years of experience and strong expertise in tokenization and blockchain-based banking financial systems.

The role involves managing token issuance, minting, and burning processes.

Design and implement transfer logic, atomic settlement, and conditional settlement rules.

Develop smart contracts for token locking/unlocking, escrow, and programmable workflows.

Ensure secure and compliant digital asset lifecycle management.

Drive redemption and conversion of tokens into traditional deposits (fiat).

Collaborate with tech, risk, and compliance teams for governance and controls.

Strong knowledge of Ethereum/Hyperledger, Solidity, and DeFi concepts is required.
