Business Intelligence Analyst

Business Intelligence Analyst supporting data-driven decision making across operations and finance. Focuses on developing reporting and analytics for cash flow and revenue, and supports broader BI initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. :Develop dashboards and reports for historical cash flow, trends, current-state metrics, and projection
2. sBuild revenue analysis for bad debt, collections, unbillable amounts, and revenue categories such as LPT, ExpressToll, and interest incom
3. eProvide month-over-month and year-over-year revenue comparison
4. sPartner with Operations and Finance to define requirements and deliver actionable insight
5. sBuild and optimize SQL data models, queries, and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Serve
6. rDesign intuitive, high-performing dashboards in Tablea
7. uEnsure data accuracy, consistency, documentation, and interpretability for stakeholder
