THE ROLE
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of internal and client-facing projects, providing leadership in all aspects of project delivery and participant accountability.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
•Perform the role of Project Manager including defining, sourcing & managing project resources toachieve Fujifilm requirements for successful Project delivery.
•Support the Project Management team as needed, such as; supervising & mentoring of junior & newstaff, managing Programs within the Portfolio, assisting with process improvement & training.
•Prepare and report on Program and/or Project budgets, monitoring and tracking project financialsand the realization of defined Project benefits.
•Deliver superior quality business outcomes, ensuring that projects are delivered within giventimeframes, budgets, and scope.
•Ensure project operations, project artefacts and governance structures are in accordance withFBDMS Project Framework and guidelines.
•Effectively control and manage Changes, Issues and Risks, in accordance with FBDMS Processesand Policies.
•Develop and control project schedules to ensure that necessary activities are completed accordingto the project plan.
•Manage customer and stakeholder expectations to ensure satisfaction.
•Proven ability to manage clients facing delivery, including working with external partners, vendors,and customer organizations.
•Assist in the pre-sales process to develop indicative plans for delivery in pre-Sales if needed.
•Ability to work with Business Analysts, Technical Leads, Architects, Test Teams and SMEs totranslate requirements into deliverables.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear documentation, executive reporting,and presentations.
•Report weekly on project status including health, progress, Issues, Risks, and achievements.

Key Skills:
•A good understanding and consistent application of project management competencies includingscope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurement, and integration.
•Strong prioritization, business acumen and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to work onmultiple projects, maintaining progress on all work items.
Leadership and people management skills coupled with skills in communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Strong conceptual abilities coupled with a strong knowledge of both the organization and its service offerings.
• Ability to develop productive relationships with key stakeholders.
• Sound understanding of the organization’s project governance framework.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Tertiary level qualifications in Business or IT.
• Formal Project Management Qualification desirable.
• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management.
• Digital Systems experience is desirable.
