Summit is representing a UK-based FinTech recruitment business that is expanding its international footprint and looking to hire a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in Vilnius.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate (2024/2025) who is ambitious, fluent in both English and Lithuanian, and eager to begin a career in recruitment within a high-growth, fast-moving sector.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will join a collaborative and dynamic team supporting recruitment across the UK and Europe. You’ll be involved in the full recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging candidates to assisting senior consultants with market mapping, research, and client delivery.

You’ll gain first-hand exposure to the FinTech industry, develop commercial acumen, and learn the core principles of recruitment from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles across the FinTech and technology sectors
• Support consultants with market research, talent mapping, and client briefs
• Manage candidate pipelines using CRM and digital recruitment tools
• Write engaging job adverts and assist in candidate outreach campaigns
• Build strong working relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with the team onsite 2–3 days per week, with hybrid flexibility

Requirements

• Recent graduate (2025 or 2026)
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken)
• Competitive sporting background, played competitively at University Level of any sport
• Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, driven, and commercially minded
• Previous commercial or sales experience (internship, placement, or part-time role) is advantageous
