Jura Capital is a boutique private markets firm specialising in private equity, private credit, and alternative investments.
We work with high-net-worth individuals and qualified investors, providing access to exclusive opportunities through a curated network of family offices, fund managers, and specialist partners.
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious graduate who wants to build a long-term career in financial services, sales, and capital raising.
This is an entry-level role designed to give you hands-on exposure to financial markets, investor engagement, and deal flow from day one.
You will work closely with senior brokers, supporting business development and playing a key role in generating new investor relationships.
This role combines sales, communication, and digital outreach, with a strong focus on LinkedIn-based lead generation and diary management.
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting outreach via LinkedIn to engage prospective investors
- Generating conversations and qualifying interest
- Booking meetings and managing multiple broker diaries
- Supporting senior brokers with pipeline development
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking interactions
- Assisting with outbound campaigns and follow-ups
- Learning how private market investments are structured and presented
- Direct exposure to private equity and private credit markets
- Training in sales, investor communication, and financial products
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
- A clear pathway into a full Sales Broker role
- Development of both digital and phone-based sales skills
- Recent graduate (Finance, Business, Economics or related preferred)
- Strong interest in financial services and investments
- Confident communicator with a professional manner
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple schedules
- Proactive and comfortable initiating conversations
- Ambitious, competitive, and eager to learn
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Base Salary: £25,000
Commission: Performance-based incentives linked to qualified opportunities generated
OTE: £35,000–£45,000 in Year 1
Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus
This role is designed as a foundation into a Sales Broker position.
Successful candidates will progress into more senior, revenue-generating roles with increased earning potential and responsibility for managing investor relationships.
