The Opportunity

NextMatch AI (www.nextmatch.ai) is expanding its Dubai engineering hub. We are looking for a high-potential Junior Software Developer to join our core team. This is a rare chance to work on a global AI product and learn from senior architects based in Toronto and London.

What You’ll Do

• Build & Scale: Develop new features for our AI matchmaking engine using Node.js, React, or Python.
• AI Integration: Work on the frontline of LLM implementation and automated data processing.
• Learn: Participate in high-level code reviews and sprint planning with our global engineering squads.
• Optimize: Improve the performance and security of our Middle East cloud infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For

• Education/Experience: A degree in Computer Science or a strong portfolio showing 1+ years of coding experience.
• Tech Stack: Solid foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL.
• The Right Mindset: A fast learner who is passionate about AI and clean code.
• Communication: Fluent English is essential; you will be collaborating with teams worldwide.
