Role Description

We are seeking a data-driven and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to identify trends, measure performance, and uncover opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in data interpretation, problem-solving, and communicating insights in a clear and impactful manner.

Key responsibilities include developing dashboards and reports, managing data pipelines, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. The BI Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate requirements into analytical solutions, and provide actionable recommendations. The role also involves monitoring key performance indicators, performing data validation, and optimizing reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau. Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and database management is highly valued.

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify trends. Strong communication skills to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. High attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and quality. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is considered an advantage.
