pladis is looking for a JDE – Project Executive (Finance) for our pladis Global IS team.


What will be your key deliverables?


  • Conduct current state analysis to help design future state processes and prioritize the tasks and features according to the business plan in the finance and Back Office space.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures related to financial management, profitability, costing, e-invoice, e-archive, and all e-platforms.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Ensure high-quality business analysis documentation of the implementation and projects.
  • Plan and realize system enhancements and projects in a complicated system environment,
  • Response the delivery of IT Solutions and Services on this area to Business,
  • Coordinate business units with functional consultants and other technical teams to implement the design,
  • Analyze existing systems and offering new ideas for improve processes,
  • Project planning and kickoff tasks following SIG’s methodology.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings & set the overall cadence and tone of the project.
  • Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables with the customer’s project manager, project team, and SIG colleagues.
  • Manage the overall project schedule, budget, and milestones.
  • Assist with identifying and mitigating project risk.
  • Organize, conduct, or participate in project Steering Committee meetings.
  • Perform Quality Control Check Points on the project using SIG’s methodology.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success team to resolve any customer satisfaction issues as the rise.
  • Develop a “trusted advisor” role with our customers and be a key player in the overall success of the customer.
  • As part of the project management team, you will participate in weekly & monthly team meetings covering various topics such as updates to methodology tools, best practices, strategic objectives, goals, etc.
  • Lead and/or execute Change Management governance to be performed by AMS Team (Business Requirement / Analysis Document preparation, Test Scenarios Document preparation, Functional Tests execution to confirm solution design before hand over for the business test)
  • Coordinate the user acceptance tests,
  • Manage different models of integrations between ERP and other solutions,
  • Coordination with internal and external support teams sprint based.
  • Report progress details of all above mentioned responsibilities to the Global Head of JDE.


What do you need for this role?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, MIS or related fields,
  • Minimum 4-5 years experiences as an IT Business Analyst or similar position, JD Edwards or other ERP manufacturing solutions are applicable,
  • Able to link technical solutions with business strategy when working with business partners,
  • Knowledgeable about Agile & Waterfall Methodologies,
  • SQL and JIRA experience is preferred,
  • Good at UI design, and keen on UX,
  • Ability to analyze problems or business needs and lead solution delivery working with Global IT or local suppliers,
  • Eager to learn, communicate and solve problems and open for improvement,
  • Result oriented, a team player with strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Good command of both written and spoken English,
  • Have a customer-oriented service approach,
  • Progressing with a detail-oriented perspective.
  • Must be able to travel as required, sometimes several weeks at a time.
