Role Description

We are hiring a Digital Asset Capital & Portfolio Associate for a full-time remote position based in the USA. This role focuses on supporting capital allocation, portfolio analysis, and market research initiatives across digital assets, blockchain markets, and Web3 ecosystems.

This is a full-time, paid role focused on tracking market developments, supporting portfolio reviews, and contributing to structured analysis across digital asset activity, capital positioning, and blockchain market trends. The role involves working with data, reviewing market behavior, and supporting internal reporting related to portfolio insights, capital strategy, and investment activity.

The ideal candidate actively follows crypto markets, understands digital asset ecosystems, and is interested in how market developments, token activity, liquidity conditions, and blockchain trends shape capital deployment and portfolio decisions.

Responsibilities

Analyze digital asset markets, blockchain ecosystems, and broader Web3 trends

Track developments across DeFi protocols, token ecosystems, and crypto sectors

Monitor market activity, liquidity conditions, portfolio positioning, and capital-related trends

Support internal reporting and structured analysis across portfolio reviews and capital strategy initiatives

Track developments across blockchain networks, digital assets, and Web3 investment markets

Assist in organizing data related to market movement, capital allocation, research findings, and portfolio activity

Collaborate with team members on portfolio analysis, capital strategy, and market intelligence initiatives

Qualifications

Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems

Basic understanding of digital assets, portfolio analysis, capital allocation, and decentralized platforms

Experience with market research, portfolio support, data analysis, or crypto-related work is a plus

Ability to interpret data and identify trends

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and organizational abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

Salary range: USD 115,000 - USD 135,000 per year depending on experience.

Performance-based bonuses may also be available.
