Role Description

We are hiring a Web3 Investment & Portfolio Manager for a full-time remote position based in Singapore. This role focuses on investment strategy, portfolio management, and market analysis across Web3, digital assets, blockchain ecosystems, and DeFi markets.

This is a full-time, paid role focused on monitoring market developments, evaluating portfolio positioning, and supporting internal decision-making related to capital allocation, investment strategy, and portfolio performance. The role involves working with market data, reviewing sector trends, and helping shape portfolio priorities across the digital asset landscape.

The ideal candidate actively follows crypto markets, understands Web3 ecosystems, and is interested in how token activity, liquidity conditions, protocol developments, and market sentiment influence investment decisions and portfolio strategy.

Responsibilities

Manage portfolio strategy across digital assets, blockchain ecosystems, and broader Web3 markets

Evaluate investment opportunities across DeFi protocols, token ecosystems, Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, and emerging crypto sectors

Monitor market developments, liquidity conditions, and sector trends relevant to portfolio positioning

Assess capital allocation, risk exposure, and strategic opportunities across Web3 markets

Support internal reporting and structured analysis across portfolio performance and investment priorities

Assist in organizing data related to market movement, investment activity, and portfolio strategy

Collaborate with team members on investment research, market intelligence, and portfolio initiatives

Qualifications

Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems

Good understanding of digital assets, portfolio strategy, and decentralized platforms

Experience with portfolio management, investment analysis, market research, or crypto-related work is strongly preferred

Ability to interpret data and identify trends

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and organizational abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

Salary range: SGD 120,000 - SGD 150,000 per year depending on experience.

Performance-based bonuses may also be available.
