Responsibilities

·   Own the team’s operational rhythm, manage scheduling and calendars,

·   Break down large initiatives into actionable work items, keeps the gears turning

·   Embedded with teams building LLM-powered applications, agentic AI systems, automation platforms, and data infrastructure

·   Scheduling, Coordination & Team Operations

·   Agile Facilitation & Sprint Ceremonies

·   Velocity & Metrics Management

·   AI/ML-Specific Agile Adaptations

·   Task Breakdown & Backlog Management

·   Impediment Removal & Team Enablement

·   Continuous Improvement & Agile Coaching

Requirements:

·   6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile PM

·   2+ years supporting engineering teams in AI/ML, data engineering, platform engineering contexts

·   Deep expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile frameworks (Scrumban)

·   3+ years’ Experience with Agile tooling: Jira, Azure DevOps, Linear, Confluence, Miro

·   3+ years’ Experience with SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps practices

ENGLISH – ADVANCED (Professional) or FLUENT

Preferred

·   1+ years’ familiarity with AI/ML development workflows

·   Scrum Master / SAFe certification

·   Familiarity with OKR (Objectives and Key Results) frameworks
