Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network environments
• Set up, configure, and maintain IT systems and end-user devices
• Assess and categorize incidents and service requests before escalation to backend teams
• Contribute to ongoing improvements of IT processes and support services

Your Profile

• Completed training or education in IT or a related field
• Practical experience in IT support or a strong interest in technology
• Confident user of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Fluency in German; English skills are an advantage
