Project Manager

This is a transversal role within a centralized analytics platform, ideal for someone interested in financial planning, risk analysis, and data-driven decision-making in a collaborative, international environment.

What you’ll do:

• Support the execution of group-wide stress testing and financial planning activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of data processes in a Big Data environment.
• Assist in building and updating quarterly datasets with financial and risk-related information.
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to support project initiatives.
• Prepare reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and management.
• Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement of processes and data frameworks.

Technical expertise we’re looking for:

• Strong foundation in data engineering and data processing concepts.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of data governance and metadata management principles.
• Understanding of risk modelling concepts (preferential).
• Comfort working with large datasets in structured environments.

Academic background:

Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Management, or a related field.

Language skills:

English – Fluent (mandatory).

Portuguese – Good level (preferred).
