Human Resources Specialist

Our company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist whose presence is warm and optimistic. This person should genuinely care about people, be able to create meaningful connections, and build trust-based relationships, contributing to a harmonious and high-performing work environment.

This is NOT a remote job. It requires on-site presence, 5 days a week.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to recruitment, personnel administration, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced level of English.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and the ability to correctly apply legal provisions.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility in managing activities.
• Ability to interpret HR performance indicators and propose solutions.
• Ethical approach, objectivity, and respect for the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinating recruitment processes, onboarding of new employees, and offboarding procedures.
• Managing HR documents and procedures (employment contracts, internal regulations, collective labor agreement), ensuring confidentiality and compliance with labor law.
• Providing support and guidance to employees and management on HR, performance, and legal matters.
• Monitoring and organizing training programs and team-building activities.
• Managing internal and external communication related to HR matters.
• Contributing to organizational development projects and initiatives that support employee motivation and professional growth.
• Managing occupational health matters and related statistics.
