About The Role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to advise our Talent department on compliance requirements, related controls, and existing infrastructure. Your focus will be on the fitness and propriety (F&P) process and employee/HR compliance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Advising the business on compliance topics related to F&P, and improving the existing infrastructure
• Ensuring Revolut meets regulatory requirements specific to F&P and employee/HR compliance
• Providing solutions to compliance problem statements
• Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams
• Leveraging our suite of data analytics, advising business areas to ensure positive outcomes and where changes may be required
• Liaising regularly with senior stakeholders and the Board in preparing and presenting periodic reports
• Reading regulations and understanding their implications for the business model
• Identifying regulatory issues proactively and recommending remedies to promote compliance
• Being part of a committee to review and approve people initiatives from a compliance oversight perspective
  
  

What You'll Need

• Experience in regulatory compliance, especially related to the FCA, PRA, or equivalent regulators
• Expertise in F&P regulations, with hands-on experience in conducting F&P checks for senior management functions, material risk takers, and other key personnel
• Solid knowledge on employee compliance subjects, such as conflict of interests, personal account dealing/market abuse, and gifts and entertainment
• Experience in a top-tier financial institution or consultancy company
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
• A willingness to take on new challenges
