Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Responsible for managing resources, coordinating efforts across teams, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, the Project Manager will focus on CRM implementations, digital transformation projects, and change management. This full-time hybrid position is based in Amsterdam, offering flexibility for some remote work.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as IPMA/PMI, Prince, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall, with strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with CRM Strategy, Implementation, and Digital Transformation
• Strong understanding of Business Process Management, Change Management, and Vendor Management
• Knowledge of consultancy tools and techniques such as Business Model Canvas, Lean Six Sigma, and Social Media Advertising
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• ITIL certification and familiarity with ICT industry-specific solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment
