We are seeking an experienced Sr. Business Analyst for our Retail Mobile - Internet Banking Team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end business analysis processes for retail internet and mobile banking products
• Analyze business needs in depth and translate them into functional and technical requirements
• Analyze complex system integrations (APIs, service architectures) and create solution designs
• Lead development processes by working closely with product, software, architecture, and testing teams
• Prepare and maintain analysis documents such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and sequence diagrams, ensuring quality standards
• Define API contracts, integration flows, and data models
• Perform functional testing of developed solutions and coordinate UAT processes end-to-end
• Analyze existing processes and develop improvement recommendations in terms of performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency
• Support business decisions and validate requirements through data analysis (SQL, etc.)
• Actively manage stakeholder communication, prioritization, and change management processes
• Mentor junior analysts and support knowledge sharing within the team

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge and experience in digital banking (internet and mobile banking)
• Advanced knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and system integrations
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and integration patterns
• Strong SQL knowledge and data analysis skills
• Proficiency in JSON/XML data formats
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, etc.)
• Preferably advanced experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with mobile application development processes (iOS/Android)
• Awareness of UX/UI and customer experience design principles
• Experience in digital onboarding, payment systems, lending processes, or card products
• Experience with core banking systems and digital channel integrations
• Knowledge of fintech business models and open banking (Open Banking / BaaS)
