IT Support Engineer

Noorka Logistics is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our technical team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a technology-driven professional who can ensure smooth IT operations, provide reliable technical support, and maintain secure systems within a fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently.
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, and system access permissions.
• Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
• Support ERP and logistics management systems used by operations teams.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and troubleshooting processes.
• Coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support when required.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with firewalls, antivirus software, and data backup systems.
• Familiarity with logistics or supply chain software is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
