About The Role

We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer (React) to join our dynamic Product Development Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects with a high degree of independence and influence over product direction. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with the Web Development Team and Head of Technology to develop, enhance, and maintain our web applications. Your responsibilities will include designing application architecture, selecting appropriate tools and technologies, reviewing code for quality assurance, and implementing optimized solutions. This position provides an excellent platform for professional growth, allowing you to shape the future of our digital products while expanding your technical expertise in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in web application development
• Professional expertise in React JS with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Functional programming design patterns
• Proficiency in creating interactive, high-performance web user interfaces using React JS
• Experience with state management frameworks such as Redux or Flux
• Deep knowledge of CSS methodologies, tools, optimization techniques, and page rendering processes
• Fluent in version control systems, particularly Git, and platforms like GitHub or GitLab
• Experience working with hooks and TypeScript architecture
• Solid understanding of REST and SOA principles
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript standards (ES6/ES7/ES8)
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
  

Desirable qualifications include experience with high-load projects, Node.js development, Docker containers, Linux-based OS, Bash scripting, and a strong grasp of SOLID principles and distributed application design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with the Web Development Team and Head of Technology on product tasks, balancing support (30%) and development (70%) activities
• Select, implement, and optimize tools, technologies, and techniques to enhance development processes
• Design scalable and maintainable application architecture aligned with project requirements
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
• Write clean, efficient, and optimized code to deliver high-quality features and functionalities
• Participate in planning sessions, sprint reviews, and technical discussions to continuously improve project outcomes
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions into projects
