  • Experience generating a simple (single deliverable) project communication plan from scratch.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate mid-level (single deliverable, single stakeholder) projects.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate superior leadership, presentation, planning ability, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen; understanding how a project might impact the stakeholder’s business.
  • A flexible person who can remain calm in times of stress while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Active listener with excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations.
  • Sound problem-solving technique with the ability and persistence to generate options and select the best solution.
  • Expertise in building relationships based on trust to enable collaboration and cooperation amongst team members and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Expertise in communicating effectively with customers and various levels of management verbally and in writing.
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player mentality and willingness to share knowledge with others.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide best-in-class customer service to the customer base.
  • Set clear priorities and guide internal and external stakeholders through the project's life cycle.
  • Facilitate and supervise regular status reporting to inform stakeholders of project risks and potential impacts.
  • Partner with Project Coordinator(s) on internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Utilize PMO procedures to track KPIs and align all internal stakeholders and vendors with the project and organization’s goals through adherence to PMO Policies.
  • Document all activity, including communication, procurement, finances, and other transactions, and provide project status data for inclusion in senior leadership and stakeholder reports.
  • Provide input into continuous PMO process improvements.
  • Deliver mentorship to project coordinators to support a best-in-class project delivery process to customers.
  • Direct the execution and management of numerous technical projects and track each project separately, including multiple projects for a single client.
  • Transfer Sales Information into a project configuration within the project software solution to monitor the project schedule for each assigned project.
  • Develop an understanding of each project and use that knowledge to identify and mitigate potential issues.

  • Direct and monitor procurement process and follow-up on issues impacting budget and schedule.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholder communications related to a project, including information on demand.
  • Identifying issues and resolutions based on the project's scope can de-escalate situations and move the project past dysfunction.
  • Escalate issues jeopardizing schedule and budget to PMO and Sales Leadership.

We Offer:

  • US and EU projects based on advanced technologies.
