Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee financial transactions, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support the organization’s financial integrity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Classify, record, and maintain accurate records of all deposit and disbursement transactions.
• Enter and update financial data into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare periodic financial reports related to deposits and disbursements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper settlement of financial transactions.
• Monitor financial discrepancies and resolve any inconsistencies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant financial regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting, Accounting, or a related field.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an accounting role.
• Strong hands-on experience in financial accounting and reporting.
  
  

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Practical experience with accounting software and financial systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
