Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive HR Administrator / HR Assistant to support their growing HR team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering training, career development, and exposure to the full employee lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someone with administration or office experience who is looking to build a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support
• Maintain employee records and HR systems
• Assist with recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
• Prepare HR documentation (contracts, offer letters, onboarding paperwork)
• Support onboarding and employee queries

Requirements

• Previous administration, HR or office support experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
• High attention to detail

HR experience is desirable but not essential – training can be provided.
