🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Bilingual Brand & Graphic Designer with proven experience in brand systems, integrated campaigns, and strategic visual design. This role requires a designer who demonstrates visual maturity, consistency, and client-ready execution across projects.

The ideal candidate will show a portfolio that reflects branding as a system—complete identities with coherence across logo, typography, color, and applications—rather than isolated pieces. We value designers who think strategically, apply ideas across multiple touchpoints, and deliver work that is both creative and business-oriented.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Creativity & Execution

  • Develop visually compelling work across brand identity systems, digital experiences, and integrated campaigns.
  • Apply typography, grids, and color with precision and consistency.
  • Translate strategic direction into scalable, client-ready visual solutions.
  • Ensure clarity, hierarchy, and professionalism in all deliverables.

Brand Systems & Campaigns

  • Build and expand brand frameworks and campaign toolkits.
  • Apply brand systems consistently across channels (web, social, presentations, marketing assets).
  • Refine and evolve brand expression with a focus on scalability and consistency.

Collaboration

  • Partner with art directors, copywriters, and strategists to develop concepts.
  • Work with media, PR, and content teams to align creativity with integrated plans.
  • Present work clearly and confidently, incorporating feedback constructively.

Professional Growth

  • Strengthen skills in conceptual design, system thinking, and emerging technologies.
  • Stay current with design trends, B2B innovation, and AI-enabled creative workflows.
  • Seek and apply feedback to elevate both individual and team contributions.

Experience

  • 5–7 years in design agencies.
  • Strong background in brand systems and integrated campaigns.
  • Portfolio demonstrating visual maturity, strategic thinking, and multichannel application.

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of how design supports brand, demand generation, and campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms and digital production workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
