Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer (Parental Leave Replacement) to join our team as a parental leave replacement. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale international events and bring creative concepts to life across digital, print, and on-site environments.

Your role as a Graphic Designer:

Event Concept & Visual Identity

• Develop strong event concepts and visual identities (CVI)
• Ensure a consistent look and feel across all event touchpoints

Event Materials & Digital Design

• Design a wide range of event materials: websites, registration emails, pre-event communications, event apps, and on-site screens
• Create digital screen graphics for live events

Print & Production

• Prepare print-ready files for everything from small-format prints to large-scale graphics

Presentations & Commercial Materials

• Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal branding, client projects, and sales proposals

Web & Internal Support

• Ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms
• Support internal events, communications, and brand initiatives

Bonus skills:

• Experience with animation or motion graphics (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Photography skills

What we’re looking for

• Strong graphic design skills across print and digital, preferably with event-related experience
• Ability to manage both high-volume small tasks and large-scale visual projects with attention to detail
• A strong eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, event-driven environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Very good English skills
