We are looking for an Experienced .NET Software Engineer to join our team in the Corporate Customer Engagement Tribe, where we possess strong CRM and customer insight capabilities.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (Power Platform), serves as the CRM platform for managing corporate customer relationships, opportunities, leads, and advisory processes. The platform is integrated with the wider enterprise ecosystem through API‑based and event based integrations.

We work in a scaled agile set-up, with cross-functional squads staffed with a mix of business and functional specialists, developers and designers. As our tribe continues to grow, so do our responsibilities and the need to expand our capabilities. As an Experienced .NET Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering culture and technical excellence across the tribe.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build, designing and discuss scalable, secure and innovative technical solutions that address business needs and enhance customer engagement
• Participate in reviewing other developers’ code and provide constructive feedback
• Handle project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in an agile, self-organizing scrum team
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, ensure alignment across teams
• Take part in creating and implementing clear standards and guidelines to improve our ways of working
• Helping to grow and upskill Software Engineering colleagues
  
  

A great match:

• You have 5+ years of experience working with C# and .NET (experience with JavaScript or TypeScript is a plus), along with a proven ability to mentor and guide colleagues to enhance their technical skills.
• You have expertise in developing and maintaining scalable HTTP APIs in .NET, with a strong focus on seamless integrations and clear documentation.
• You have an AI-first mindset, with an understanding of AI fundamentals and the ability to identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies to enhance solutions and drive innovation.
• You are skilled in managing containerised workloads using tools like Chainguard and OpenShift (experience with Confluent Kafka and GitHub Cloud is a plus).
• Practical experience with SaaS deployment, configuration, and optimisation would be considered an advantage.
• You have hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS, and strong technical design and architectural skills, including the ability to create and communicate technical vision and standards.
• You thrive in agile environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure technical solutions.
• You bring analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to tackling complex challenges and driving technical excellence.
• You are dedicated to continuous learning, adapting to new technologies, and taking ownership of delivering high-quality solutions.
• You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Your upper-intermediate English language skills enable clear and impactful collaboration across the squad.
