This paid one-year program focuses on your development, providing you with practical experience for a career (re)start. Regardless of where you are on your journey, we are prepared to guide you and put your skills into practice. Prior work experience is not necessary, and we offer a flexible schedule that allows you to continue your studies. In addition, this programme includes various trainings, networking opportunities, and community events.

This year, we have several tracks available, including Data Engineering & Analytics track and IT Software Engineering track. Choose the one that aligns most with your career aspirations and apply.

In Data Engineering & Analytics Track, we are looking for Business Analysts, Business Intelligence Analysts and Data Engineers to join our highly skilled teams.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

You will:

• Join one of the FuturePros Data Engineering, Science & Analytics Teams at Danske Bank Lithuania as Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst or Data Engineer
• If you join as a Business Analyst, you may get to contribute to transforming the data framework by migrating processes to a new server, ensuring continuity and efficiency. You may optimise workflows, collaborate with technical users, and use tools like SQL and Alteryx to build robust infrastructure. By applying data analysis, modelling, BA classic principles, and SDLC practices, you will help deliver impactful solutions. You may also have an opportunity to use tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel to manage projects, streamline processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
• If you join as a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will utilise tools like SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Python to analyse and visualise data, manage projects with Jira, and optimise collaboration processes through SharePoint
• If you join as a Data Engineer, depending on a team you join, you will have a chance to design and optimise ETL pipelines using SQL and Linux. You may have an opportunity to work with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Databricks, utilising services such as S3, Glue, and Lambda to develop scalable solutions. You may also apply Python, PySpark, .NET, C#, and GIT to automate workflows and maintain data-driven applications
• Collaborate with skilled teams to deliver impactful solutions, improve processes, and gain hands-on experience in business analytics and support
  
  

About you:

• You are a curious graduate, reskilled specialist, or student in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields
• Have foundational knowledge in data analysis, statistics, financial processes, or business advisory, gained through higher education, training programmes, coding school, or personal learning
• Have an interest in data engineering, analytics, transformation, or AI science, and are eager to learn concepts such as ETL pipelines, cloud platforms, data visualisation tools, or machine learning
• You might already be familiar with technologies like SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, or AWS, and are motivated to apply or expand your expertise in these areas
• Possess an analytical mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders and working within a team to deliver innovative and impactful data-driven solutions
• Have a B2 level of English for effective communication in international settings

For FuturePros students monthly salary is 1750 EUR gross.

Your job function (position) in the job contract will be Business Insights, Transformation and Change, Technology Business Solutions or Data Engineering.

What's next? All candidates will receive a homework task based on the profile they are applying for. Additionally, they will be invited to complete a profile preference questionnaire. Selected candidates will attend the assessment events in April, followed by final interviews with the hiring managers. The expected starting date is late May - early June 2026.
