We are MeetMinded and for now our brands are NiceToMeet and Mingleo — but we are expanding rapidly after strong early traction in London and New York City, with events catering to different member communities and interests.


Founded by Jani Pravdič and Matic Jesenovec – entrepreneurs who've together built multiple businesses impacting hundreds of thousands of people and generating well over eight figures in revenue. We’re now building something we believe will have even greater impact.


About the role

This is a full-time role based out of our Ljubljana office (on-site).

It is a hands-on role focused primarily on customer support, but you will also handle a variety of other tasks and help our Project Manager with operations as needed.

  • handling customer support

  • reviewing feedback

  • and solving whatever needs solving that day


It will be fast-paced, sometimes messy, and things will change quickly — that’s part of building something new.


What you’ll be doing

  • Customer Experience
  • Handle support across email, phone, and chat for our growing communities
  • Review feedback and suggest improvements
  • Support member satisfaction and retention
  • Venue & Events Ops
  • Source and evaluate venues that fit our events
  • Manage reservations and logistics across cities
  • Coordinate with event partners and hosts
  • Community & Internal Support
  • Assist with basic office and admin tasks
  • Help with internal coordination


Requirements

Essential:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to adapt to changes and desire to constantly learn new skills
  • Strong communicator who can easily talk to restaurants, customers, and tech teams
  • Tech-savvy enough to automate processes and learn new systems quickly
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently without constant oversight
  • Proactive and self-driven
  • Ability to use and implement the latest AI tools in your work

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in hospitality, events, or community management
  • Previous startup experience (especially early-stage)
