Project Manager

An IPP in the renewable energy sector, with solid global presence is seeking a Project Manager to join the team:

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
• Master’s degree in Renewable Energies or similar is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or construction of renewable energy projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• High level of English (written and spoken).

Mission:

• This person will be responsible for the coordination, supervision, and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, safety, and quality standards.

Tasks:

• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure all project phases meet established deadlines.
• Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety, and quality requirements.
• Ensure adherence to all contractual obligations and project documentation.
• Monitor the performance of contractors and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and promptly resolve technical or operational issues.
• Guarantee compliance with local and international safety standards.
• Manage project budgets and monitor economic performance.
• Promote a strong culture of safety and operational excellence.
• Identify project risks and define effective mitigation strategies.
