Senior Software Engineer

We're recruiting an experienced Senior Software Engineer for our client in Central Gothenburg!

The role:-

You'll be part of an exciting tech start-up on a mission to revolutionize the global food industry by enhancing data accessibility and transparency.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, maintaining, and securing their infrastructure and products. Collaborating closely with Engineering and Product teams, you'll build the core infrastructure, distributed platform, and API products. This role involves hands-on coding, setting development standards, and ensuring our solutions are reliable, performant, scalable, and secure.

Requirements:-

• 5+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering
• Expertise in building scalable, performant distributed systems.
• Skilled in programming languages such as Golang
• Knowledgeable in Cloud platforms such as GCP.
• Experience with small teams with an entrepreneurial mindset and drive.
• Fluent English speaker.

Nice to have:-

• Experience in Frontend development with React.
• Previous experience in early stage start-ups.
• Experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering
