About

One Oat Inc. empowers young people with mindfulness, mindset & leadership skills through an innovative digital platform that will be built on blockchain for transparency and global scale. We are living in early access (oneoat.org) and ready for our next growth chapter in Europe.

To get there, we’re looking for a mission-aligned co-founder who will own strategy, fundraising, and financial stewardship while guiding our Swedish incorporation.

What You'll do

• Shape & execute growth strategy: refine our business model, market entry roadmap for Europe, and long-term revenue mix.
• Lead fundraising: craft the narrative, build the investor pipeline, run grant & impact-fund processes, and close pre-seed/seed rounds.
• Own finance function: set up budgets, dashboards, forecasts, and KPI tracking; manage equity, tokens, and future cash flows.
• Drive incorporation: work with legal & tax advisors to complete Sweden setup, token-friendly governance, and compliance.
• Advise on partnerships: evaluate and negotiate collaborations with schools, NGOs, and tech providers that accelerate impact.
• Be a culture carrier: champion transparency, inclusivity, and youth-centric design inside a small, purpose-driven team.

About You

• Based in Sweden (or able to work there regularly) and fluent in English, German or French is a plus.
• 5+ years in startup finance, VC/impact investing, social enterprise, or EdTech strategy.
• Proven track record raising capital (equity, grants, or hybrid) and building financial models from scratch.
• Comfortable navigating Swedish company law.
• Strategic thinker who can zoom from big-picture vision to hands-on execution in a lean environment.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and strategic planning
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration
• Experience in sales and marketing strategies and implementation
• Proficient in conducting research to inform decision-making and strategy
• Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Passion for social impact and empowerment of young individuals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus

Commitment & Compensation

• Part-time (15-20 hrs/week) for the first 12-18 months, flexible around your schedule.
• Equity is only 40% split with the current founder (vesting over 4 years, 1-year cliff).
• Cash remuneration begins once the venture is sustainably funded.
