People & Culture Sr. Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented People & Culture Sr. Specialist to support end-to-end people processes and act as a partner for assigned business units. This role plays a key part in aligning people strategies with business objectives, enhancing employee experience, and contributing to organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields,
• 6+ years of experience in HR, preferably in generalist roles,
• Strong knowledge of core HR processes (e.g. recruitment, performance, talent management, employee lifecycle),
• Experience with HR systems and digital HR tools,
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and generate insights,
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

What We Expect from You:

• Act as the primary contact for assigned functions (e.g., Shared Services), providing guidance on people & culture policies, processes, and best practices to managers and employees,
• Manage the full employee lifecycle for assigned functions, included (may not be limited to recruitment, onboarding, training, development, performance management, offboarding),
• Own performance and development management process and system internally whilst liaising with global teams, including evaluation cycles, trainings for managers and employees etc. Align all parties for efficient execution of the cyclic activities end to end,
• Support talent management initiatives where needed,
• Contribute to career management processes, including assessment and development centers
• Analyze HR data, prepare reports to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making,
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) by fostering an inclusive and positive workplace culture,
• Support organizational development and effectiveness through continuous improvement initiatives and engagement pulses,
• Manage and improve HR systems, contributing to digital transformation and system integration projects.
