WHAT IS NEEDED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on project management experience leading complex, business-critical projects and programs, including project portfolio management (PMO), with multiple senior stakeholders and cross-functional responsibilities
  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end, cross-functional initiatives, preferably related to product development and commercialization; cooperation with R&D, Operations, Marketing, Markets, and Quality is a strong advantage
  • Deep, practical knowledge of project and program management methodologies (e.g. PMI / PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Hybrid); project management certification is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working in a complex, matrix, and international environment, leading teams across geographies and functions
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships at executive and senior management levels; capable of engaging, influencing, coaching, and constructively challenging leaders across the organization
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and storytelling skills; advanced PowerPoint skills required
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in parallel
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data, support data-driven decision-making, and communicate insights clearly; advanced Excel skills required
  • A proactive, self-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment, is comfortable managing competing priorities, and takes full ownership of outcomes
  • Knowledge and certification in LEAN, Six Sigma or Change Management is an advantage
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written; ability to communicate confidently with senior international stakeholders

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Lead and oversee strategic projects and programs from ideation and planning through execution and monitoring to successful deployment:

  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects/programs with significant business impact
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables
  • Establish and manage robust project governance, including steering committees and gates reviews
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk/issue logs, and reports
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders at all levels
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, resource allocation and benefits realization
  • Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and workshops
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams
  • Ensure compliance with internal project management standards and methodologies
  • Actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project and program management capabilities, tools, and best practices across the organization
